Midlo Family Time is a free weekly email for families in Midlothian, Virginia, and across Chesterfield County. Every Monday morning it answers one question: what's actually worth doing together this week?
Not a list of everything. A short, honest pick of what fits, split by age: little ones, kids and big kids. Each pick comes with the cost for a family of four, the drive from central Midlothian, that day's weather, and the catch (parking, lines, shade, sign-ups) before you find it yourself. Every pick has an Add to calendar link that carries the whole plan.
How it's made. Every week the research covers Chesterfield's parks and events calendars, the public library's programs, the school calendar, Pocahontas State Park, the museums and the local venues. Every pick, time and price comes from the organizer's own page, checked that week, and the picks get checked again on Sunday evening. If something still changes after an issue reaches you, the next issue says so at the top. Forecasts come from the National Weather Service and MET Norway.
